Reasons for the Information Notice
This Information Notice describes how the Tosti S.R.L. company manages its website https://www.tostisrl.it/ with regard to the processing of personal data of users/customers, identified or identifiable, who consult and interact with the site and with the web services that are accessible telematically.

We wish to inform you that we will retain your CV for one year, after which we’ll destroy/permanently delete it from our systems. We will provide you with further information regarding this specific processing, should we contact you following the submission of your CV.
The data will be processed by means of electronic instruments; specific security measures will be taken to prevent data loss, its illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
Rights of the parties concerned
The subjects which the personal data relates to have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence of their data and to know its contents and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration, update or rectification (art. 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, the interested party has the right to request the deletion, anonymous processing or blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.
In order to simplify the forwarding methods and to reduce feedback time, we invite you to submit your requests, referred to in the preceding paragraph, directly to the data controller using the contact details that have been provided.
The requests referred to in art. 7, par. 1 and par. 2 of the Code, may also be expressed verbally.
